Mnaqich thyme

Ingredients

Dough
 2 cup flour
 1/2 cup warm water
 2 teaspoon yeast
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1/2 teaspoon sugar
 1/4 cup oil
Mix thyme

 1/2 cup olive oil
 1 tablespoon water

The way

1. Put yeast, sugar and 2 tablespoons warm water in a cup and beat the mixture with a fork.
